「Too noisy people outside at 2 am cussing talking loud」

「Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty.」

「perfect」

「I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. So there is no telling how long that has been going on. The conjoining room door is not insulated well at all, I could hear the neighbors entire conversation even with the tv on. It is an ok room if you want to save...

「Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was great, clean, comfortable, and very nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would love to stay here again!」

「Room was clean. Good breakfast.」

「Great experience room was clean and spacious would stay again for sure」

「This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party.」

「This is my 2nd time staying here, rhe staff is friendly, everything is clean, the food is good, and i love the balcony view 😍」

「price was good it was clean food was good conventent . Id stay again.」

「Everything was great and as described!」

「The property and room was newer and clean. Staff at check in pretty much ignored me when I first arrived leaving me standing there waiting. Upon check in I was informed of a nightly parking fee that wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservation. I complained about it and the response was just “I don’t make the rules.” I will not be staying here again and recommend others to find somewhere else that doesn’t charge hidden fees. Don’t let extra fees be the new trend for hotels in Pigeon Forge.」

「Beautiful property with helpful staff! Very clean, nicely appointed rooms with everything one could need for a stay away from home. Loved the indoor pool and the Lazy River for relaxing floating. We will definitely return !」

「We had a great time, the staff and the place was outstanding.」
