「I loved the size of the residency. My favourites were the pool, sauna and ice bath! The staff were really nice and I loved hanging out in their main reception where they served delicious food and drinks. :) If you get time, get a massage - it will worth it!」

「Overall a really nice and new place. Very nicely done - and the on-site staff are great. What makes my experience less than perfect is the communication. I received messages from a bunch of different numbers - all of them in charge of something different. That meant that it was impossible for me to know who to contact for cleaning etc. And replies was always very late. That communication structure makes absolutely NO sense. 「Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. 「We had a wonderful srat at Leafy Lofts. The size was perfect for my husband and i and our 12yo son. We had the two bedroom, two floor loft. Lots of space for all our luggage. Beds were comfy. Outdoor shower was nice on the ground floor master. Air conditioning worked great. Location was quiet although a little far from the center of Canggu. We just used Grab to get to/from town. "お部屋は広く快適でした。水圧も温度も申し分ないです。屋上にあるプールも綺麗でとても素敵です。海まで歩ける距離ですが、ホテルから無料で送迎してもらえました。ショッピングも食事にも便利な場所にあります。1番の良い点は、チェックアウトが、2時だということです。少し残念な点はお部屋にスリッパがありませんでした。"

"とても良い滞在期間を過ごせました。どのレストランもクオリティが高く（Okuなどは日本と比べても高いレベルの創作和食）、インルームダイニングも楽しめる内容でした（サテやとんこつラーメンは本格的）。プールは複数あり、ホテル内で十分に楽しめました。また施設は素晴らしく、子どものケアなども安心できる環境でした。クリーニングなど急ぎのお願いも対応いただけ、ルームの清掃やのクオリティや頻度など満足でした。ただ一泊目に屋外で夜の9時過ぎまでビーチイベントが開催されておりかなりの騒音でした。立て続けにポップスが大音量で流されていて雰囲気を壊していました。また案内された部屋で別のお客と間違えてサービスを提供されたり、利用していな日の分のカバナと食事についてサインを求められるなど、連携ミスがありました。"

"1人旅で訪れた。スタッフが非常にフレンドリーで快適。元日系ホテルであったからか、バスタブがあり、湯量も問題なくゆったり湯に浸かれた。フロント、コンシェルジュ、レストラン、宿泊棟のスタッフ全員、親切であった。ただプールはファミリーが多いためかにぎやかであった。またビーチは狭く波も高いため優雅にビーチライフという感じではないが、私は別に気にならなかった。"
