I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend."

"excellent location, right in the middle of Porto. lots of bars and restaurants around. easily accessible from Trindade metro station which all lines from the airport goes through. We had an excellent time at Bo Almeda and would recommend it to anyone."
