「Carpet smells staff was helpful」

「The room was not stocked well then when asking for more items such as blankets and towels they were rude. Rang the front desk bell multiple times and could here it going off out back and then yelled hello and a guy came out and could still here the bell going off which meant he was ignoring us. Asked for a blanket and pillow and stood there a minute a before he went and got it then was rude when handed over. 「The air conditioner was working well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet paper holder was broken, and wouldn't stay in place, and the neighbor upstairs was extremely noisy throughout the night. It would have been nice to have had instructions on how to run various appliances such as air heater/cooler, coffee maker, password to Wifi, etc. I wasn't quite sure how the pre-check in, online key, and check-out of room. 「The overall stay was fine staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean along with building and grounds. Only grip and it's a small one is for dinner meal options in the freezer, there were no vegan or vegetarian options available. I do realize the possibility they may have already been taken when I got there.」

「So overall my experience was good but I got 2 rooms and asked them to be next to one another as we were in a group of girl scout and we were not one was in building A and the other was in Building B this was not easy for the girls as they thought they were going to be nextdoor to one another.
