「Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!」

「Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are...

「The storm on Friday opened up the opportunity to find horse conch'We were pleased with the food and the new bridge was very good construction.」

「On a whim, my family decided to take a visit to the Gulf. This property was the perfect place. It was our first visit to Sanibel, and the location was excellent, perfectly situated between Captiva and shopping/restaurants in Sanibel.」

「Property was very nice and clean and store were very close by it was a pleasure staying there . Looking forward to doing it again」

「Perfect location with a beautiful view that exceeded our expectations! Very clean, and nicely appointed. Owner was prompt in responding to any communication, great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!」

It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...

「Excellent access to the Lighthouse Beach. The beach view was beautiful. Owners were excellent at communicating. Definitely would recommend.」

「We had such a wonderful stay with our granddaughters! The bikes were a big hit and it was great to be right on the beach and next to the pool. The unit was spotless--and I am super picky! Evenings were quiet and peaceful, and there is plenty to do in the area. Highly recommend!」

「This trip was booked for our 27th wedding anniversary and it was the ideal spot. Rest relaxation was Paramont and we got. I like the fact that we had our own private Beech. The unit moved a little bit don't know if it was the wind or if it was the people next-door to us, but it felt like an earthquake that type of shimmy feel」
