"Older property, recently remodeled. Room was large, but sparce. No art on the walls. New TV, heater/AC worked and Bath was clean with awesome shower. Staff was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"The property was nice. The pool and hot tub definitely was always occupied. I didn’t get a chance to go in but for some reason in the room, there was no cold water. I let it run for about 20 minutes and also it smelled like rotten eggs coming from the drain, I thought it was the water so I was definitely worried about that but otherwise it was a good "

"We first moved to San Luis Obispo in 2020 and we stayed here for 10 days We moved into our ranch a month later and the pool at university became our oasis every couple of months I know you're putting in a new one so I'm waiting and get can you put king size beds in I'm 6ft5 we've stayed over 30 nights "

"Was a great home base for my friends and I while we spent time in our old college town. The jacuzzi on the back deck was a wonderful nighttime hang. The house felt like staying at a family members home. Had everything we needed. Leslie also left us some welcome treats of local goodies."
