「This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. ...

「Everything was in top notch shape. Actually, everything looked like it was brand new. The appliances were spitting fan clean the sink from the kitchen the bathrooms, the floors, the linens everything was very clean. They had all the amenities that were needed during our stay.
