"Everything was average I would say for room and amenities. Rooms are a bit outdated. My problem was with the employee that checked us in. She was rude and dismissive, she wouldn't talk to us at all, not even to instruct me on paying for the deposit nor did she explain what the deposit was for. Offered all the other guest she was helping complimentary water bottles except myself and my husband. I also requested I be roomed no where near a dog, and she tried to dismiss me saying she had no way of confirming if guest had dogs, ofcourse until I asked her, does the hotel not charge additional for a pet? Which she answered to yes, I asked so how would it be possible that you are not aware that a reservation has checked in a pet?? Which she finally said no one next to your room has checked in a pet. This is very forward to say but observing her attention to other guest contrary to my experience i would dare to say this woman was prejudice. "

"First they will absolutely not check in anyone before 3pm. They'd rather everyone form a huge line to all check in at 3 forcing some to wait another additional hour just to check in. Second not enough room for everyone to wait to check in comfortably. Expect to stand until exactly 3pm or have to leave to find comfort. Oh and no they have no place to store your bag while you wait. Third rooms are in awful shape. Some coffee pots don't work, our bathroom door didn't shut all the way, our toilet didn't function properly, the TV was broke, curtains were torn, and I'm just hoping my brother got his 100$ deposit back and these criminals didn't keep it for their own decaying motel. And yes I say criminals because the place certainly isn't worth any money spent on it. Fourth I'm pretty sure the staff was laughing at all the people that wanted to check in even ten minutes early. One guy actually just stood at the desk to wait for 3pm and they intentionally by passed him asking for who was first. Does that even matter when you've had a customer literally standing in front of you for the last 20 minutes? It was intentionally done to try to upset the guy. I give him full applause for not being baited. Parking was super tight also. Be very aware of the space you have to maneuver. The place was a dump. You'd think the least they could have is good customer interaction but no, they are just thieves taking advantage that they have a place close to the airport. Would not recommend."

"We absolutely loved staying here. The room was a perfect size with everything we needed as a home base after exploring San Francisco. It was a great location. The staff was super helpful in answering all of our questions and providing us with a wonderful stay. Was very clean. We would stay here again."
