"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. A few things to note, though:
- the hotel is a good 15m walk from the walls of Lucca, so you need to plan your days as it’s not easy to pop back during the day, especially in the heat of August. Bike hire is extra - 35 euro a day.
- the pool is lovely - comfortable and a lovely space to relax. However, it’s only open from 10am - 7pm which was a shame as it’s not possible...

"We stayed just one night there, the hotel is just outside the train station so it’s very handy if you have luggage with you. From the hotel you can easily walk to the Pisa tower in 25 minutes. Room was clean and with all you need for a good night sleep"
"Very close to the tower so that is convenient. Street outside is a Main Street so is noisy in the night. They let us check in early and were friendly which was a bonus. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent enough so can’t complain."

We were sent a great video of how the find the other building, everything worked perfectly. The room was lovely, comfy beds and a good shower. Location was ideal for exploring Pisa. "There wereno pla es to oark and I have a disability. No one to help with luggage. Had to park 2 blocks away.The room ,decor, and paint in the room looked like original . No shampoo or soap in the BR. After I got my luggage to the first floor which would be our 2nd they locked off the lift to the first floor. My room had a small veranda but the door was looked and not accessible probably because broken window out there. The air conditioning was wonderful. I moved to a new place the next day."
