"We truly felt at home here – the house and the entire property are a real oasis of peace and relaxation. By car we needed only 5 minutes to the town near by and 15 min to Lucca or to the beach at Viareggio.The two hosts are fantastic – warm, welcoming, and full of helpful information and great tips that made our stay even more enjoyable.Our children were absolutely thrilled – especially with the pool and, of course, the animals."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay. The villa is as described, with 5 lovely bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and dining area plus a few fantastic spots to sit outside. The pool was absolutely brilliant. We were 2 families and the space, inside and out easily absorbed us with plenty of places to sit comfortably and relax.Proximity to Lucca and the local towns was also great."

"Lesley's attention to detail is everywhere. In the comfort bedding, the soft fabrics, the beautiful tile and clever workmanship in the room, the soft scent of clean in there. The gardens and blooms are well tended also in this wonderful location. The fresh farm house breakfast overlooking the pool & mountains was joyful. I liked the company of Mickey and Nutella, two well behaved pooches who lay by my feet & smiled. ( I swear they did). And what's not to smile about here where the veggies grow...

"What a wonderful place. Amazing views, impeccably clean and spacious. The hosts are so hospitable and friendly and work so hard to keep the place in top condition.They gave us a gift for our honeymoon, warmly welcomed us and provided home made limoncello and olive oil. The highlight for us as animal lovers was Stella the resident summer cat, and the beautiful horse. Pool was also fantastic as we had a heatwave when there. We hope to return and would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay...

"Ein sehr schönes Haus, welches dem Alter entsprechend einige kleine Macken hat. Wie haben uns wohlgefühlt und einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Haus verbracht. Der Vermieter war per WhatsApp immer ansprechbar. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das das Haus einen Pool hatte, war super, weil bei der Hitze sich schnell mal abkühlen zu können war wirklich wunderbar. Wir konnten auch das Haus neben ansehen, welches uns von der Ausstattung her noch mehr gefallen hat. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal."
