Location is right in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz, surrounded by restaurants only downside is the noise in hotel’s front rooms. We were amazed by this town and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this hotel again."

"Beautiful hotel, perfect location, with kind, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely spa. Our city view room experienced quite a lot of noise from the road and early morning hotel deliveries. The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price. Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."

Reception manned 24/7, all staff helpful, friendly and efficient, free beach towels, nice breakfast, reliable wifi. Those in search of ultra-modern conveniences, who can't live without aircon or sleek contemporary decor, might not like it, but I loved it."
