「Everything was perfect except for that our clothing smelled strongly of mold upon returning home.」

「My overall impression of the property is that it is beautiful, very hip vibe. However, there are a few maintenance issues in the yard, and two very quirky bathrooms. The entry gate into the property is very difficult and sticks, the key would sometimes grab and sometimes circle around a few times then grab. When we arrived the ornamental tall grasses were so overgrown, and encroaching onto the sidewalk. I personally took a scissors and trimmed them back, because there is nothing more...

「The apartment is 15 minutes far from the center of Biarritz and well connected with the service. The housekeeper is really kind however we have found the apartment really dirty, mistly the bathroom」

「ホテルからビアリッツ駅行きやバイヨンヌ行きバス停が近くて便利な場所にある。街の中心まですぐ歩いて行ける。周りは静かな住宅街。部屋はスティデオだったが、充分広くきれい。ただし、フロントは冬季は午前9時〜12時、午後は14時〜19時までしか開いていない。夏季は9時から19時までずっとオープン。朝早いチェックアウトだったので、部屋の鍵はホテルの1階のドア脇に鍵の返却ボックスがあり、そこに鍵を入れて出発した。」

「ビアリッツの空港から最寄りのバス停まで10分程かかります。最寄りのバス停からホテルまで徒歩10分程かかります。ビーチまでは徒歩3分程ととても近いです。ビアリッツの中心地までは徒歩10分弱かかります。レストランやマルシェ、スーパーなどがあります。カウンターのスタッフさんは忙しい様子で無愛想でした。チェックイン前チェックアウト後に荷物は預かってもらえますが、荷物置き場は誰でも入室可能なため貴重品を預けることは危険だと感じました。部屋は少し古さを感じましたが許容範囲でした。冷房がついていないため暑い時期は大変かもしれません。」
