「Great hotel and very nice staff special thanks to the general manager Mr Mansour who helped us with a lot of stuff and even things he didn’t need help with. The staff was very accommodating and helped with everything they could both hotel stuff and outside stuff. The rooms were clean and nice with an amazing view. The beach is a couple of minutes away but there is a car available that takes you all the time. Amazing pool and beach.」

「Personal」

「This is a family-run hotel. We have stayed here 15 times already, and it is always fantastic—from the housekeeping and cleanliness to the helpful staff and great food. The sea is superb, with a gradual entry and opportunities for snorkeling.」

「They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk.」

「Great resort with expansive lagoon pool and direct access to Red Sea. Many food options and direct access to next doors waterslides was a hit with the kids! Staff were awesome and ensured we were well looked after. Highly recommend.」
