"My stay here was perfect! I chose the Premier Grand King with Club Access; and it is perfect in every way. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning and replenishing amenities. There’s complimentary water bottles too, toiletries are Loccitane. You do not need to bring any toiletries as these are all provided. Breakfast here is delicious and offered in 3 restaurants- where one of which is at the Club Lounge on the 45th floor. The views from there are amazing. The restaurants in the hotel are a must-try as well as the Spa Massage. There’s a 7eleven in this building. Train station Oedo line is an easy access. All the staff are wonderful and helpful. I will definitely be back on my next trip!"

"Excellent staff. They made my stay there feel comfortable. I booked this hotel with the intent of exploring Tokyo, so i only stayed there to sleep. I would recommend if you plan on making a solo trip or with your significant other. Close enough to a washer/drier, subway station, and multiple restaurants. It is an entertainment and red-light district, so take that into consideration when booking this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have kids due to the nightlife activities around the area."

"The Shinagawa Prince is our usual choice when in Tokyo, given its location (convenient transportation from both Narita and Haneda airports, easy access to other cities by shinkansen or other stops in Tokyo), mid-range cost, and quality of the stay. We always enjoy a nice clean room and support from very helpful and friendly staff. I also like that everything you need, in a pinch, is available on-site or nearby - the Annex building, where we stayed, has a 7-Eleven, shops, entertainment venues, and food court. It is connected to the Main Tower, where we enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Luxe Dining Hapuna our first morning. There is a Kuroneko Yamato shipping service in the main tower if you want to forward luggage to your next destination, as well as a coin-operated laundry facility, useful for longer stays. Of course, these things are widely available throughout Tokyo, but at the end of a long day, returning to the hotel in Shinagawa is always a great relief."
