The rooms we stayed at are relatively small, but the hotel offers connected rooms, which worked perfectly for our family of four and made the stay much more comfortable. As located right by the train station, the noise from the trains can be noticeable, especially in early morning.

This was a lovely hotel for our last night in Japan. The staff helped us book two taxis to the airport which turned up on time and were very reasonable in terms of price. The rooms were great, but the proximity to the railway lines does mean there is quite a lot of noise until very late, and then starting again in the early hours of the morning so ear plugs are helpful. There were loads of free toiletries in the lobby which you could help yourself to which was a lovely touch. The hotel is right next to a Family Mart which was convenient for a cheap breakfast in the mornjng..We'd stay again if in Yokohama.

Next to hotel is convenient store. You can walk the place from hotel reception. No need to go to outside. But, there are always heard train sounds. Hotel provide ear plugs, I recommend use it. But amenity is amazing. Also shower room has bath tub. And they has hand held shower. Really nice.

Decent hotel

It was a clean and specious room that we got. The hotel has a very good location if you aim to take the train from yokohama station to the airport. It was a huge plus that the hotel had a cafe besides it with very affordable breakfast deals and cozy atmosphere.
