"We had a wonderful few days at the Garcia, so glad we opted for this hotel as it was set up in a quieter location but close enough to central Ubud. The surroundings are beautifully lush and the feel of the resort is laid back and relaxed. All the staff are so attentive and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you’re well looked after, always greeted with a smile. All staff were wonderful, particularly Anayka at reception and Fery in the restaurant. "

"We can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The Sanur suite was incredible. It was huge with every amenity you could want. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay memorable. It was my birthday and there was a birthday greeting on our bed plus I received two pieces of cake, one in the restaurant and one from room service. Can’t wait to return."

" We really loved our stay at Swan Paradise! The place is super nice and especially very quiet, there is greenery at every corner, the staff were fantastic polite always smiling and always ready to help. Not to mention the breakfast which was very varied. The room was comfortable, the pools too beautiful and very large without forgetting the cleanliness we have nothing to say about everything was clean... frankly, nothing to say, we had a great time.
