I booked the lagoon view room but when I arrived I asked to be moved to the best Lagoon room with access to the private lagoon pool and out door bed. If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. I can't recommend the Puri Santrian enough. This hotel was the main ingredient for the mostly relaxing vacation I've ever had. The check-in was flawless. My room was exceptional.
