The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful…they even fixed my daughter’s broken bracelet for her while we were out! Breakfast each morning was prompt and delicious! "Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly."

"The villa is cozy and quite. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I am abit disappointed because of the dirty bed linen. There are yellow patches on the linen and matress protector. The protector is so dirty like didn't change n wash for long time. Their services is really good, i call the reception and they change for us without a single words."

"We initially checked into the second villa (821?) which had 1 king bed and 2 singe beds and it was pleasant. There were lots of mosquitoes but they provide each villa with citronella oil and mosquito spray. There was no tv in the living room and that evening they brought in a new one to be installed (but did not inform us beforehand that this was happening, they just rang the villa bell). However the next morning, one of my friends witnessed a rat crawl from underneath the fridge. Front desk...
