"Miscommunication. Relied on their website post. The lady when we checked in didn’t informed me of extra charges regarding the breakfast that will be served in the pool. Told them about the broken bathroom door. He said it will be fixed but it was never fixed. Bathroom is not cleaned properly."

"We initially checked into the second villa (821?) which had 1 king bed and 2 singe beds and it was pleasant. There were lots of mosquitoes but they provide each villa with citronella oil and mosquito spray. There was no tv in the living room and that evening they brought in a new one to be installed (but did not inform us beforehand that this was happening, they just rang the villa bell). However the next morning, one of my friends witnessed a rat crawl from underneath the fridge. Front desk...

"Awesome vacation at Umalas Creek Villas. Clean and spacious rooms with usual pool facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is not provided but can be ordered easily via reception or Grab food. Highly accessible to various beaches and tourist attractions."
