My family, Me, my wife and 2 kids, had stayed the Santai the night before we left Bali. As we had to take the flight very early in the morning, we left the hotel almost midnight. Though it was a very short stay, I was really impressed by the considerate services arrangement of the manager. For instance, he managed to provide us with free dinner because we couldn't get free breakfast which was included for the reservation. Overall, it was really delightful experience for us.

I arrived very late at night, and despite this reception was warm and welcoming. My room was spacious lovely and I was greeted with a handwritten personalized note. I appreciated the large comfortable bed and inside/outside bathroom. One of the staff members went out of his way to help me find something in the village nearby, and to see me back to the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
