"BEWARE! Do not stay here tourists! I found insects crawling on my bed. There were toe nails on the floor! I found blood on the sheets. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is also rude, especially the guy who wears glasses and has no hair. Told him my ac wasn’t working and he came and started shouting at me. Worst stay ever! "

First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. "I enjoyed my stay at the Rishi Villa. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in on us, especially since it was my daughter's and my first visit to Bali. There was always someone available to help. The location is convenient, with a supermarket just a minute's walk away and small shops around the corner. The area is quiet, and the pool is nice and clean."
