"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily.

"I stayed at TS Suites Seminyak for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the staff were, which made my stay even more pleasant.
Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress.
On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue.
Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal.
I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable.
Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return. Thank you to the hotel team for making my stay memorable.

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Kanvaz! This hotels front lobby and breakfast area was so beautiful to walk into. The breakfast was incredible with so many delicious options. The rooms were very comfortable, super clean and ours had direct access to the pool off our balcony on the main floor. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. "We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected.
