We stayed with our 2 young boys and had a wonderful time. The staff are attentive, kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cabin was very spacious and beautiful. We loved our time here.

This was our third time at Mandela Desa. While things have changed around the villas since we were there last in 2018, it still offers the peace and tranquillity and wonderful obliging staff as always. The View Suite still offers the amazing rice field and mountain views and having breakfast on the veranda was a favourite time of day for us. We highly recommend this 4 room boutique accommodation to anyone that is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bali or Ubud. Relax and recharge here.

The family and staff who own and run this resort are absolutely incredible. The service and willingness to please is beyond compare. The food was some of the best we had after being in Indonesia for 2 weeks. If going to the zoo to ha e breakfast with the elephants and orangutans is on your list, this resort is convenient and very special. We would highly recommend and we have stayed all over Bali and the World. Well run place with people who genuinely care.

The stay was absolutely amazing, the staff was so friendly and accommodating they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, there food from the kitchen is so fresh and is made with care, they are definitely a family there and they make you feel as part of that family

Such a good resort with such a price tag. We arrived at night, it was completely dark which was a bit worried. But when it comes to sunrise, the pool view was exceptional and amazing. The staff there was very nice, friendly and helpful. Really recommended since it was really out of my expectation. Very good accommodation for staying.

Mandala Desa was our favorite stay during our entire 2-week trip to Bali, Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida, and Gili Meno. Everything was perfect, including the hostess, staff and service, location, scenic overlook of the rice fields, room comfort and cleanliness, amenities, food service, etc. We felt like it was home away from home. I would highly recommend and would absolutely return for a longer stay.

tolles Hotel, dessen Service auf unserer Bali-Reise am allerbesten war Das Hotel liegt abgeschieden von Sukawati direkt an Reisfeldern. Man erholt sich in absoluter Ruhe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Nach Sukawati ist man zu Fuß ca. 10 - 15 min unterwegs. Wir bewohnten eine Suite. Riesiges, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Moskitonetz.

Beautiful hotel in a rural setting

My kids and I spent 1 night here. We would stay longer had we not already planned our onward journey. Really lovely hotel. Owner super friendly and helpful. Very professional. All staff are very well trained and spoke adequate English. The place is so clean and orderly.
