"Spotlessly clean apartment. Comfortable and in a quiet cul de sac in Roxel. 15 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Very good transport into Munster.Maria was an excellent host. She communicated promptly and, even though there was some language difficulty, we were able to communicate."

"In der Küche stand noch Müll, auf dem Balkon der gefüllte Aschenbecher des Vormieters, in der Dusche und unterm Waschbecken waren Haare an den Fliesen... Ein Zustand mit dem ich bei Freunden kein Problem habe. Bei einer bezahlten FeWo...naja... Für Monteure sicherlich super, für uns als Familie eher nicht so wir würden nicht wiederkommen. Der CheckIn und CheckOut war mit Schlüssel auf den Briefkastenrand gelegt, sodass jeder zulangen könnte..., wer weiß ob man da nicht ggf hinterher belangt...

"Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet außerhalb von Bielefeld und ist damit am besten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist groß, jedoch haben wir schnell festgestellt, dass es dreckig war. Über der Dusche befand sich ein riesiger schwarzer Schimmelfleck. Allgemein war das Bad in die Jahre gekommen und nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Das erklärt vermutlich auch das fehlende Bild vom Bad in der Anzeige.
