"Room was clean and suited our needs. Balcony overlooking local streets with a view of the castle. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Complimentary custard tart and small glass of wine offered on check in and at various other times. Hotel staff friendly and spoke good English. Would definitely stay at Behotelisboa again."

"We came to this room, desperately seeking a place to stay in the middle of the night after the motel we had stayed in was loud and dirty. It was like an oasis. The staff at the rooftop bar was so kind even though we were late they let us in for a drink. The attendance at the reception were great. The room was clean and there was not much noise even though it’s a Lisbon street. We would definitely stay again. The only unfortunate thing is that the spa folks were running late so I was not able to use the sauna in the morning but otherwise it was a lovely stay."
