"If you like a quiet hotel then this isn’t for you. It’s a large resort with a lot to do. Room floors are very quiet. The hallways and ground floors nah!! Long lines to get into the elevator. Overall it’s a great place most pools require reservations which might be unavailable throughout your stay I find this bizarre. It’s one of those once in a lifetime hotels I won’t return here."

"The buffet was amazing!! We only reserved dinner the first night and decided to go to the buffet the other nights because it was so good! Options and quality are both great. Staff was super nice and friendly, felt extremely welcomed here"

"The hotel was okay overall, but the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The staff was extremely slow, and we constantly had to look for someone just to get coffee. Service during breakfast definitely needs improvement. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient, but the breakfast experience took away from stay."

"Great staff, The front desk staff and management were very nice. Bar staff and restaurant employees remembered us daily and made sure our stay was top notch. Housekeeping did an excellent job assuring we had clean towels, pool towels and all toiletries were stocked daily. Not a newer property but the staff was top notch!"
