Showed to Front desk, presence of mold in bathroom area, dirty and damaged walls in certain areas. Staff did not showed concern at all other than a simple apology. No effort or attempt to correct. Not a single compensation or effort to provide a better room. Dissapointed!

Luggage storage was great! Across the street from a good restaurant. Close to the train station. Elevator was small. One person and their luggage at a time. Unable to adjust ac/heat so room was hot. NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento
Amazing staff by far these was my best hotel experience and I have visited over 500 hotels in past 10 years but the vibe the atmosphere the amount of staff caring about you and making sure you are having a great staying it’s in a next level definitely recommend
