"We stayed here after a cruise. Easy to get to on the train from Civitavecchia, 5 minute walk from Tuscolana Station. The train goes to the airport too. Get to all the sights using the Re di Roma metro, also a 5 minute walk. Leonora will give you directions and suggestions of where to eat. Simple DIY breakfast is provided and a great coffee machine! Supermarket and pizza shop next door. Highly recommended! Thank you for having us!"

"I wish I could say this property was great. The house itself was nice and the area was not bad at all. However, as soon as we got to the house we were told by Paolo we had to pay a €150 “city tax” mentioned no where on the listing. Additionally, one morning, one of the workers came in to the apartment without knocking as we were sleeping to “clean”, which was jarring and suspicious as we were a group of young girls in a new country. "The room was wonderful with only a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum. I was concerned with the water flooding the room because I had seen so many reviews complaining, but if you put down a towel in front of the shower door before turning on the water, you will be absolutely fine. There were ants in the property that crawled all through the trashcan and attacked a drink that I had on the night stand. Although it was annoying, they didn't bother me. Just don't leave food out! "

"The price for our day was very good, no complaints. But to be honest, the room was not super clean, the shower a bit grungy and very small, the staff was virtually non-existent, it is a self check-in kind of place the neighborhood it was at not really close to anything, but not far either. If you get a good price, you’ll have a pretty nice stay. Beds are comfortable. You get clean sheets and towels, hot water. What more do you need? If you’re picky and will notice all of the little things that are not so great, you should give this place to swerve, because you won’t enjoy it. For us, it was perfect."

"It’s a very basic hotel. I stayed with two friends. We knew that we would only come back to the hotel to sleep because we were going to be touristing all day, so this was a fine hotel. Front desk is very friendly rooms are very clean. Hotel is located in a suburban Neighbourhood so it was pretty quiet. In terms of location, however you can use the bus to get where you need to go, but it is kind of far from the central city. We also had to use bus or Uber to take us to the main city. Yes the room is small and yes, the showers are small, but it’s objective was literally just to house us for the days that we were going to be in Rome and that was fine. "
