「Everything is clean and the staff is amazing. We stay in a lot of hotels and travel a lot, and the staff at the Hampton Inn in Gilroy is really one of the best. However, their breakfast are awful. Again the staff does their best, but the food quality is really bad. Also, we had a seven day stay and we needed to request housekeeping. And most of the hotels where we stay if you’re over three days, you automatically get a housekeeping. I think they should rethink that policy because it’s kind of...

「I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for where I needed to be. However, the biggest downside was the noise. The walls seem very thin (or possibly poorly insulated), and as a light sleeper, this made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. I was woken up multiple times—once by a child running down the hallway, and other times by noise from the room above, including the sound of the shower...

「New & very clean. Front Desk staff was friendly. The included breakfast had plenty of selection. It would have been perfect if it started just a bit earlier, for early risers.」

「The staff member had trouble working the iPad, couldn’t take our room deposit, had to call the owners multiple times, and multiple people kept coming to the desk asking for more towels, soap, and if they could extend their stay. Come to find out, motel 6 operates as a homeless shelter. We tried to cancel but the staff member couldn’t “figure it out.” Stay away from this place if you are a just traveling. The staff member said there are a lot of unsheltered living under the bridge nearby as well....

「We’ve stayed twice in the past at the Hampton Inn and have loved our stay. This time I booked a room with two beds instead of one king size because I booked it through Expedia they couldn’t help me and the front desk refused to give me a different room. I would’ve even paid for an upgrade, but that wasn’t an option so we had to go to a different hotel because the beds in that room that I first rented were the most uncomfortable, horrible bets.」
