"From the moment I checked in everything about my stay was top notch and fabulous! Samantha at the front desk is absolutely spectator from her professionalism to her friendly personality. In fact, all staff in every department are great. I only encountered one person that I really did not care for. My room was incredible! I love that there was a real clock, a pen and paper for scratch notes which I needed. The air conditioning was spot on and I cannot brag enough about the shower! Water pressure was perfect, plenty of hot water. Room service was great! My only complaint was there were no extra blankets already in the room. Breakfast buffet was good. The coffee was great, except you better get it during breakfast hours as I did not see coffee anywhere else available anywhere in the hotel; except what is available in your room. I had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was great. There is a market nook for snacks and very basic needs which is stocked regularly. Location is great as there is plenty of things in walking distance. Not a beach front property, but they will provide chairs and umbrellas for daily use and you can walk to the beach entrance. No matter where you go on the property everything is SO CLEAN and neat. In fact, the entire area is. I enjoyed my stay so much I am already looking at returning again next year! Thanks to all of the staff for making my visit most pleasurable. "

"One of the most impressive hotels ss far as cleanliness. 4:00 check was tough. We got there at 10 am. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The lunch at the restaurant was very good. "

"Beautiful Resort. The staff was friendly and professional right down to the housekeeping staff. The rooms were clean and spacious with great amenities. We loved the coffee. The grounds and pool area were immaculate. Plenty of chairs at the pool and on the beach with towels provided. We loved the beach bar and restaurant. The lobby bar had happy hour from 5 to 7. Be prepared to pay resort prices! Wonderful experience!"
