"We had the best stay! All of the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We were very sad to leave this place – the loveliest hosts in one of the most beautiful places. Magi made us feel at home and was great with translating, Ryu helped us plan our days and gave great local attraction suggestions, Ichiro was flexible with our schedule, and Natsuki was the best driver and and made our transit enjoyable. "The hotel itself is a bit on the far end of the town, making it nice and quiet, with a fantastic view over lake Toya and the islands. If you come by train or bus, they kindly offer shuttle services, which was greatly appreciated. Rooms very comfortable with their own onsen, beds amazing, breakfast also great - both options, Japanese and Western style.
