Hotel staff were accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Easy vannservis in call for mountain any time from 8:30am-11am and 3-5pm daily - just a WhatsApp text and 10 minute drive away

Very nice and accommodating. Someone smoked in our original non-smoking room, and they gave us a bigger cabin with no extra cost when we arrived.

Great place in a great location!

walkable to the gondola and downtown restaurants. Friendly staff and a ride to our Sapporo shuttle was included.

Everything perfect! Excelent service

Highly recommend for a stay in Niseko. The place is in great shape and has plenty of space! The company that runs it is very good about communication. We booked our snowboarding thru them and it was very convenient. They also were quick to accommodate some unique needs that we had. A couple things to consider - the lodging is at the bottom of the hill in Grand Hirafu. You can technically walk to the restaurants and to the resort but it can be dangerous if it snows. So definitely get your...

Loved this place! Very nice to have an onsen in the building. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Not much around in the town, but it was a nice break. Also really enjoyed the Japanese style room. Plenty of space and beautiful view of the ocean!

The property was clean and there were great options for food. Staff was great.

The room was las clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful! We will stay here again.

The location of the hotel on a bluff above Lake Toya gives guest an incredible view of the lake and adds to a feeling of quiet and luxury. Excellent service, along with beautiful rooms and dining (breakfast included with the dinner an option) are further enhanced by an open bar lounge and free shuttle to the lake shore for fire works. Excellent place to stay!

A wonderful stay, with excellent breakfasts and dinners. Everything far exceeded expectations; I truly look forward to returning the Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort soon.

Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner...

This ryokan was wonderful. The service was excellent and location to Niseko Annapuri was a bonus. First the ryokan. Positives were the large onsen, attentive staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The Kaiseki was delicious with a good variety. In comparison to other kaiseki menus we had in Hokkaido, this was tops for us. Only negatives was the rooms were a bit dated. "Shared bathroom" means the room had a toilet and sink, but now shower. But then again there was the great onsen. The website said...

There were some bugs around the outside the tub. like wood chippers i suppose. didn’t really mind them but still worth mentioning.

Food is really good. Buffet style.

We were a bit concerned about the location, as we had no car, but the owners were kind enough to pick us up and return is to Toya train station. And we were glad we decided to stay at the hotel. Room was spacious, overlooking the lake (though fireworks are remote) and with a good bed. Breakfast was nice, though western style. We also ordered some things for dinner. Reasonable pricing and tasty. Staff was very helpful and kind.
