「I could go on all day about how great this place is, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. The location is the best. Front porch opens up to Simonton St, right across from The Tipsy Rooster. Bonus: they always have a live acoustic set which we LOVED enjoying from our space. It sits next to Ana’s cafe which offers amazing coffee, Cuban’s and groceries. Blocks from the beach and southernmost point. Everything was walking distance or a short bike ride to downtown Duval! The room itself had everything...

「The property and location are great. We were able to drop our luggage off to an off-site office prior to check-in and after check-out. The only issue for my wife was the east facing French Door in the bedroom does not have darkening shades. This could be an issue for guests who want to sleep in past 7am. 」
