My receptionist was amazing… sad to say on my last day I decided to go up on the 14th floor to the pool area my partner I was sunbathing. We were the only one at the pool area at the time five staff members decided to come and have a 20 minute loud conversation adjacent to where we were sitting when there was no one else in the pool area and they could’ve done...

「We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a room with a private pool. The room itself was nice and comfortable, although the private pool was not very impressive and didn’t add much to the experience.The hotel has only one restaurant available and unfortunately the food there was not very good. 「このホテルのいいところは、大きく３つです。一つ目は、ナマケモノや鹿などの動物がいるところ。子どもたちが楽しむことができました。二つ目は、プールです。一番深いところは３ｍ以上あり、小学高学年の息子はとても楽しんでいました。三つ目は、海が近いところです。私はサーフィンが趣味で、すぐに海の状況を見ることができるのが良かったです。（波のコンデションが悪く、サーフィンできませんでしたが。） 悪いところは、wifiがすぐに切れてしまう点は改善してほしいです。また、朝食はおいしかったのですが、有料でとても高かったです。」

「The property is well located, easy to walk everywhere. Leonardo and Jesus at Reception were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. They were great with my 7 year son. Greeting him by name and always smiling. The rooftop pool is an oasis with breathtaking views — an incredible, relaxing space. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. Excellent choices on the buffet, delicious coffee and made to order eggs and waffles. Kelly at the restaurant was super attentive....
