I stay here often when I’m in Cartagena. The people are always nice and welcoming. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. Just a short cab ride to anything else around. Great hotel for the price and the staff is amazing.

The stuff at the Hotel la Gran Vía was very nice and attentive, great service we enjoy the pool the most and that everything was a walking distance from the hotel.

The room was spacious but lacked amenities, no microwave , no iron in the room, blowdryer, hand soap, cover sheets on the bed were thin with no blankets . The pool area was quite disappointing as well. On the upside the staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel clean.

The all inclusive option is a little different because it is limited but even when paying for drinks after hours the prices were very reasonable. The food was decent and the room had a wonderful view.
