"Comfortable stay"

"The resort was recommended while we were searching for a destination to celebrate our honeymoon. Booking about Expedia was great, except the management of the booked airplane tickets. The contact with the support of Burasari in preparation of the journey was unfortunatly a little inadequate because we got no answer for our request. The way to Burasari went well, flights were booked properly and we got to the island for free by boat. The accommodation was friendly and supportive, our room was climatized and the furniture was good. Big shower, deposit safe, little fridge, charged waterbottles, clean and welcome gift, SmartTV, back porch, makeup mirror, bedlinen-change every day, drying rack, but the sink ran off badly. You could call the reception 24/7. Golf carts could be called to drive you through the complex. 3 restaurants, 2 big pools, 3 bars, equipment and event pavillon at the beach front, gym, spa tent; lots of good features. If you want to travel to Phuket, you are dependent on the offered boat times. It’s as well possible to request other times by going with TukTuk and Longtailboat for 200BHT. The staff is always helpful and very friendly, their english skills are sometimes bad :D We just ordered breakfast and it was very good every day. In the evenings, we sometimes ordered food for inroom-dining - as well good. Prices on the island were much higher then in Phuket (bottle of water 7BHT - 85 BHT), but activities and rentable equipment were very good. All in all good."

"The hotel is in a super convenient spot near the big shopping centre, Central Phuket. It’s also within walking distance to a spa, nail salon, laundry shop, a bunch of restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. The staff were lovely, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the 30% birthday month discount at the hotel restaurant because I didn’t mention it when ordering. That was actually the main reason we ate there for breakfast and dinner, but oh well."

"This hotel has the perfect location for doing most things in Old Phuket Town. We stayed here for 2 nights. A couple of perks about this location is the safety, location and rooms. The rooms are outside access from the main lobby but you must use a key card to access room area. There are small snacks and drinks throughout the day in the lobby if needed. While the room we stayed in was a bit small, the rooms maintain power throughout the day (some hotels in Phuket require card insert to turn room power on) so if you need to have the AC on while you step out for a bit you can. Warning, the road in front of the hotel does close off during the Sunday Night Market (which is just a street over). So you may have to walk a block to request rideshares. Staff was fantastic and incredibly kind. They stayed outside the hotel to see us off as we left for the airport. If you don't mind the walk, Monkey Hill is nearby. Sunday Night Market and Mad Hog Tavern are also nearby and great experiences. While there is no formal resturant in the hotel, there is a bakery attached that has discounts for hotel guests. Would stay here again if we ever visited. "

"The staff is AMAZING & very helpful! But the Property was extremely old and outdated for the price I paid, there’s ants everywhere in my room, doors don’t completely seal closed so a few nights I had to fight with lizards as well. Mold everywhere throughout the hotel and the pictures are nothing what the place looks like in person. The shower pressure is great and spacious. Wasn’t happy or pleased with the whole outlook of the place."
