This is not a place to stay, the room had mold & water damage everywhere and was dirty on all outdoor areas with staff leaving cigarettes on terraces etc When we tried talking to staff they laughed and could not help - saying no manager Due to asthma we could not stay but hotel would not refund the room - we ended up having to go to the police and are still waiting on a refund

Really run down hotel, everything is in need of a good clean, paint and some TLC. Photos don’t represent the current state of the property. We also didn’t have any water all morning and when it did come back the pressure wasn’t good. Breakfast was very limited and didn’t look appetising, chicken nuggets and some eggs. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up checking out after 1, at check out the receptionist said we could get a refund via hotels.com but when we followed up they refused to refund us.

The location is okay, accommodation is nice but the building has serious damp issues and extremely smelly. Tiled floors were wet and very slippery that can be described as hazardous (we were convinced that could be both leak and humidity). Staff were kind wipe floor with towels a the next day change us to a different accommodation (standard villa on the same row) but the 2nd one was even worse. Damp and puffiness on wood cladded feature walls and floors were clearly visible, surely needs serious fixing and perhaps renovation. We chose to stay away from the buys area so the location was okay, used Bolt for most of our journeys. It suited us as the pier for Phi Phi boat trip was approx 15 mins drive. Private beach is certainly a bonus but we never used it due to time factors. Staff tried to help, communication was a bit difficult using google translate, so we would rate the property as average.

Bitte bitte bitte tut uns und vor allem euch selbst den Gefallen und macht hier niemals Urlaub. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was die Leute hier bewertet haben, die hier 5 Sterne gegeben haben. Dieses "Hotel" vermutlich nicht. Auch eine 8,0 auf Bichungsplattformen wie Booking ist absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Es ist eine absolue Katastrophe. Gefahr für Laib und Leben! Man gab sich Mühe bei unserer Ankunft, aber dennoch Schmutz, Kissen mit Stockflecken, Urinflecken und Sachen von den Vorgängern, Verfall, Ungeziefer, Baustellen und Baumaterial überall, Lebensgefahr insb. für Kinder durch fehlende bzw. kaputte Geländer vor 6-7 Meter tiefen Abhängen, keine Verpflegung aufgrund angeblicher Renovierung der Küche, Schimmel, Staub, Rost, Müll, Schutt, kapitte Glaslampe mit Gefahr für Schnittwunden, offen aus der Wand hängende Kabel, Abdeckungen von Lampen auf Treppenstufen offen, Klimaanlagen, die nicht regulierbar sind und entweder komplett kalt oder warm einstellbar sind, was vom Personal betroffen lächelnd bestätigt wurde. Massenhaft Vogelkot auf Balkon durch Schwalbennest usw. usf. Wir hatten eine der "Villen" direkt neben der Rezeption. Ausblick unten gleich null, oben Ausblick auf Dächer von anderen Gebäuden, die vor sich hin verroten. Schatten, schmutziger Pool, Sicherheit bei Eingangstür gleich null, Schiebetür unten nur von innen abschließbar, Wartungsräume im Zimmer frei zugänglich und für Kinder lebensgefährlich. Tiefgarage mehr Abstellkammer als Tiefgarage.

Venligt og hjælpsom personale , stedet er slidt og ligger meget øde hvad naturligvis kan være romantisk, men samtidig fuldstændig uden tlf signal og da wifi så også røg sig en tur er man megdt isoleret for omverden. trænings center lad os gi det 0 stjerner maskinerne så dårlig stand og støre chance for komme til skade ind at få gavn af det. morgen mad venligt personale , ikke en stor buffet men kunne vælge 5 ting for et menukort så det var fint nok. fantastisk udsigt fra morgen mad restaurant. værelserne store og lækkert med jacuzzi og egen pool. Desværre var der udfordringer med aircon den gik i stykker flere gange. så var nok bare lidt uheldig med wifi og aircon.

I really wanted to like this place and was super excited however upon arrival there were several things such as NO water pressure and NO hot water. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking water from god knows where, to the point that in the morning the bath mat was drench. We had 24 hr of flight so I spoke up the next morning and was told we could upgrade to the pent house for a “discount” and what that meant was I continued to have NO hot water, NO pressure and at time standing there coved in shampoo and soap waiting for water to came back. A broke handle on the bum gun in our room. The shower was dirty from where someone played tic tact toe and was never cleaned. Dirty dishes I the dish washer that were NOT ours. WiFi did not work most of the time. Communication was hard however we complained 2-3 times about water and having 3 kids with no hot water was not fun. The issue was FINALLY fixed the day before we left and when I spoke with the lady at the desk about some sort of extra discount for troubles and lack of cleanliness, she just flat out side no. So I paid even more for an up grade and cold shower and little to no water. Dirty living space overall. Staff is kind but that only goes so far as they don’t completely understand you half the time. Got charge several times at the dining area, wrong price and I was super disappointed how the ocean was low tide everyday so really you can’t even swim in the ocean and even if you try to, the amount of trash/glass is crazy.

Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday. We really enjoyed having a private pool! The service was great. It would be even better if the beach area was raked/cleaned consistently. Overall, it was a nice trip.

Property is rather run down and does not present as clean and updated as the pictures online would indicate. The overall cleanliness of the room, especially the shower and restroom areas was poor. The resort looks like it's heyday must have been some 20 years ago and they have not kept up with even the most basic maintenance of the hotel. ( For example, there was even blisteted and peeling paint on several areas of or trim)

10 jours ds cet hôtel qui était notre point de chute - ns avons adoré - ce qui peut poser pb - il faut prendre le taxi pr se déplacer mais il vaut mieux ne pas passer par l’hôtel car cela double le prix du trajet - l’avantage plage sauvage et très peu de monde - selon la marée la plage est plus ou moins propre mais il y a la piscine - nourriture excellente le plat pour 180 bath - mais le petit dej est trop cher pour ce qu’il y a donc nous avons fait des courses pour les petits déjeuners - les chambres ont cuisine et frigo - la superficie de notre chambre 130 m2 - 75 m2 habitable et le roof top 55m2 - donnant sur la mer - personnel très accueillant et tjrs à notre service - 1/4 d heure de route pour aller à phuket city -

staff were fabulous so friendly and helpful ..breakfast super .. prices very reasonable for dinner. Room beautiful . trips from hotel expensive and limited .. the shuttle bus into town inconvenient times coming back at 5.30pm is the latest gives you no time at all to shop. so getting back and forth with taxis expensive. Pool area .. need to update sun parsols and put small tables along side of beach sunlounges. overall good experience

Struttura con potenziale assolutamente non utilizzato, si tratta di un resort a 5 stelle che decisamente non si può considerare come tale, la struttura di per se è bella, non gli manca nulla, molto bella anche la piscina in camera anche se totalmente priva di privacy. Avrebbe bisogno assolutamente di un manager capace e potrebbe diventare un gran bel resort. Ci sono problemi del tipo : mancanza di cura nel mantenimento della struttura, aria condizionata in camera che punta direttamente sul letto, personale (tranne alla reception) che non parla assolutamente inglese, impianto dell’idromassaggio che palesemente non viene pulito (appena acceso sono usciti fuori dei capelli), cibo al ristorante non all’altezza ( alla nostra richiesta di avere una pannocchia come visto nell’altro tavolo di solo turisti cinesi, ci è stato detto di no e il servizio era molto diverso), la colazione è buona ma volevamo ordinare uova e bacon per me è un’omelette con formaggio e carne (dopo vari tentativi di spiegare la cosa è arrivata un’altra ragazza dello staff che ha risolto e infatti ci sono arrivati bacon e un’omelette con verdure e peperoni nello stesso piatto! La spiaggia è sporca con bottiglie sparse e vetri ovunque, il mare nel pomeriggio si ritira per la marea e rende impossibile fare il bagno che comunque sconsiglio di fare perché pieno di rocce e detriti. Consigliato? Si ma no!

櫃台人員很親切服務很棒，只是清潔人員作業上會出現漏補毛巾的情形，有點小小不完美，每天的早餐會稍微做變化，餐點還不錯，泳池風景也都讓人很放鬆

Jätteduktiga och serviceinriktade personal som gör sitt bästa för att sina gäster ska få det bästa upplevelse i hotellet. Frukostbuffe var utmärkt och väldigt god mat i övrigt serveras från hotellets restaurang. Stora rum, vi var nöjda med att ha eget pool och jacuzzi. Hotellet ligger lite utanför och passar väldigt bra när man vill ta det lugnt och slappna av, enkelt att åka till Phuket central med hotellets shuttle och ta sig därifrån till Karon och Patong samt andra turistställen. Det enda som kan förbättras är stranden vid hotellet, den var tyvärr smutsig.

Hotellin oma kuvaus vastaa todellisuutta. Siisti, pientä kulumista, pintaremontoitu kuitenkin. Kosteus aistittavissa ajoittain huoneissa. Joulukuun alussa todella rauhallista. Huoneistossa oma pieni piha ja allas, tilavat huoneet. Huom kahden makuuhuoneen asunnot ovat eri kerroksissa, joihin kulku ulkoa ns rapun kautta, sisätiloista ei ole kulkuyhteyttä kerrosten välillä. Toimi isojen lasten kanssa hyvin, pienten kanssa ei olisi toiminut lainkaan. Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Ranta on kaunis, mutta ei sovellu uimiseen (lasia yms), vaikka siivoavat rantaa päivittäin. Hotellin ravintola (on ainoa vaihtoehto) on hyvä ja kohtuu hintainen, aamiainen on loistava. Kuljetus Phuket Towniin ja takaisin päivittäin ilman lisämaksua. Lähin kylä noin 5min mopomatkan päässä, siellä muutamia kauppoja ja ravintoloita (paikallisia), joissa edullinen hinta sekä todella tuoretta ja hyvää ruokaa.

Quiet resort with beautiful sunset views

The facilities had almost everything we could’ve wanted and what it didn’t have ,the reception and staff were pleased to make available, a lovely holiday was had by my family and the reception staff in particular were brilliant and accommodative in every respect. I thoroughly recommend this place.

Strand ist nicht gut,derOrt ist einfachnicht für Badeferien.personal sehr freundlich. Suites sind sehr schön-5 Sterne wert. Essen -sehr wenig auswahl. Morgenessen immer gleich.

Fantastiskt för ett par nätter

Otroligt lugnt och härligt hotell med helt fantastiskt härliga, rena och avkopplade rum. Tyvärr är området väldigt ensligt och 5 nätter räckte absolut för oss då vi annars hade tröttnat. Hade absolut kommit tillbaka igen. Enda negativa var att stranden är extremt smutsig och att pizzorna var väldigt mjuka och blöta. Rekommenderas varmt till par som vill bli ostörda och ha egentid
