The staff were all very helpful! The area around the hostel has live music different vendors for food or souvenirs. Also it is a walkable distance to Old Town Phuket. (Not close to the clubs if you are looking to experience more nightlife but lots of bars around the area)

Great place to stay in BKK. Pool is nice and clean and refreshing. The breakfast included was a nice touch. Food at the hotel restaurant is actually quite tasty! Service is great! Pricing is good! Definitely recommend!

We loved this place, in a great location for the old town and Sunday night market. We stayed in a double room, had a free mini bar and nespresso style coffee machine with pods. There was free coffee and snacks / fruit available all day in the lounge area and the pool area was great. It’s a great price and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from Phuket airport - take the orange bus, 100bht each and just over an hour, it’s a two minute walk from the old town stop or bus terminal 1.

Great hostel

This is a really nice hostel in a good location. The rooms are very cool and laid out nicely. The pool area is great. Only problem was there is no lift and the seat in the room was dirty. Otherwise great!

The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the heart of the town and great restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and I appreciate that there is free coffee available in the mornings and that there were some complimentary snacks on check in and a new bottle of water provided al well as fresh towels every day. My only complaint would be that the top bunks in the dormitories are extremely high up and difficult to climb up and down the ladder, especially if carrying clothes or a bag. There is also no elevator to the upper floors so I wouldn’t recommend anyone with mobility issues to stay here, or if you do to request a room on the bottom floor.

There is a complimentary breakfast served and a coffee machine is available until 15.30. I stayed in a female dorm and was lucky to have a lower bed and did not need to climb high stairs. The Indy market outside (three days a week) was nosiy at night time with live music so earplugs are recommended! The sleeping pod was fantastic but I didn't sleep too well because of the heat and I could not regulate the AC. There is a filter water station in the kitchen. I missed having a rubbish bin in the dorm and I was also a bit surprised (as Phuket town has set a goal to be carbon neutral by 2030) that there were no recycling of plastics even though all guests were provided single use plastic water bottles and cutlery if having brekkie.

Magic

We stayed in a superior room for the last night of our holiday. The hotel is right in the heart of Old Phuket Town and even from the street the hotel is stunning but inside it’s simply beautiful. The refurb that has been completed here has been so well done, the entire hotel has this magical nostalgic feeling. The staff are absolutely first class. If we went back we would stay there in a heartbeat, thank you for a memorable stay BAB book a bed Poshtel Cheer!!

Misleading picture - swimming pool dangerous

The hostel is well maintained and stuff very friendly and responsive, but I have to highlight a dangerous issue. What is in the picture as swimming pool is totally misleading. Not only that , they should put not fit for swimming; and that for two reasons: (1) it is half meter deep and (2) it is extremely dirty. I asked the staff if I could swim and they confirmed by yes. I got a dip in it hoping it is going toward deeper side but you could not even float. Then I got a generelized infection and had to take antibiotics.

Das Hostel ist sehr zentral in Phuket Old Town, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Pool, der gut sauber gehalten wird Leider viele Fliegen im Außenbereich die wirklich stören, wenn man in der Sonne liegen möchte und lesen möchte. Zimmer werden sehr sauber gehalten, meine Leute auf dem Zimmer waren auch sehr angenehm. Man bekommt täglich ein sauberes Handtuch, Wasser und das Bett gemacht das hätte ich in einem Hostel nicht erwartet und ist wirklich top Die Dusche oder das Badezimmer sollte mal gründlicher geputzt werden, der Duschvorhang zum Beispiel ist verschimmelt und auch die Fliesen könnten mal geputzt werden. Aus dem Badezimmer riecht es auch nach Schimmel. Das ist das einzige was mich gestört hat. Man kann sich in der Küche Wasser kochen für Tee und auch Kaffee ist zu bestimmten Zeiten für Gäste kostenfrei.

Tolle Lage wenn man gleich im Geschehen sein möchte! Der Night Markt vor der Tür bietet tolle Essens und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind ok, nichts besonderes aber völlig in Ordnung. Kostenlose Snacks, Getränke und tägliche Reinigung im Zimmer. Das Klo hätte jedoch bei Anreise bisschen sauberer sein können haha , war trotzdem nicht dramatisch.

Excellent service

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned everyday and new towels given. The accommodation is well worth it and the location is great to old Town Phuket.
