"The rooms were FREEZING!!!!! staff is in a different building. they told me to “wait for it to warm up”…so I had to leave for hours…it never warmed past 66 degrees.
So the next day they moved us to a different room, which was nice but that room was set at 50°.
We saw a heater in the closet so we use that they told us that heater was for a different customer and they made us give it away. The room did not warm up for 12 hours.
