「Please put in light blocking curtains for the two bedrooms! There is too much light for just blinds. This is a great property, small footprint but the AC was reliable and the apartment is very quiet. It could also use a chain for the front door in addition to the combination lock.」

The only negative thing I can say is that the living room furniture (couch, chair) are old & need to be replaced. They were both really uncomfortable. 「Good location for getting around to locations all over St. Louis. Walkable to metro link stop and parts of Forest Park! Be aware if you have issues with stairs as our unit was up several flights of stairs but overall a very clean quiet and convenient place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with! Replied quickly to any messages.」

「Worked great for our family trip down memory lane visiting our old haunts in St. Louis. Reminded me of the apartment buildings I lived in, with original hardwood floors, plaster walls, and all. Very convenient location to the Metro and Forest Park. The only drawbacks were the heat (top floor and probably some of the hottest days of the summer meant the A/C couldn't keep up) and the basement laundry. Housekeeping uses it from 10-3, but even then there were no washers/dryers open.」
