「This is a beautiful and spacious house. Less than a half mile to the beach, so we walked each time. This gave us the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife along the intercostal. The house had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front.」

King size kitchenette was spacious, nice natural lighting, cutely decorated and had all the essentials! A/C cold perfect for FL. Bathroom a little dated but does not take away on how clean it was, and again had the essentials. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「This is a gem of a place on a fantastic beach. Wildlife abounds including ospreys, gopher tortoises and sea turtles. We had room 10 with a view over the roof. We loved the calmness of the place and never left for 5 days. We stocked up with food and drink beforehand and loved the beach scene. An amazing location.」

「This place was amazing. We did a weekend girls trip for my daughter’s birthday. The cottage was just perfect for the 6 of us. Walking distance to the beach. Took the shuttle to the restaurants. We loved it. We will be booking again in the near future.」
