「The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

The location and surrounding neighborhoods filled with a college student vibe, were friendly and safe. The host was quick in replying to questions or with providing help. The place was spacious, had everything we needed, central air worked like a charm and plenty of blankets and pillows. Kitchen has great appliances and lots of glasses/cups/ect. But the best part was the location. Four blocks from Penn Station and surrounded by lots of great places to get food. Host was very available for assistance and check in/out. Would definitely come back.」
