「Pros: Very new building/apartment. Kitchen and amenities are great. Rooftop area is nice (great views). Host very responsive. Accessible by bus. Nice to be away from "busier" areas of lower east nice. Cons: Bed a little uncomfortable for two people. 10 minute walk to closest subway.」

「We drove into the city, dropped off luggage and parked at AZ parking garage 3 blocks away. There were garages next to rental but with horrible reviews. Our car was in perfect condition when we picked it up after are stay. We picked this place because we hate carpet rentals and this place is all solid floors. Perfect location and we would rent again 」

"立地はとても良かったです。駅も近く、どこへ行くにも便利でした。建物は古いですが、特に気にならず快適に過ごせました。難点はエレベーターがピーク時になかなか来ないこと。それと、部屋の掃除を頼まなかったのでタオルの補充をお願いしましたが、なかなか届けてもらえず、３回目の催促でようやく届けてもらえました。"
