「Centrally located hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast included! 」

「This was one of the best days that I’ve ever had. It was extremely quiet, which is a luxury for my family and I the staff was really really nice and very attentive when we need a towels or anything else and then I mention it was very quiet and 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach very clean and the mattresses were nice and comfy, and the AC unit was just right no issues whatsoever」

「Room was clean and newer . They were remodeling which was not indicated by Expedia ! No breakfast just brown bag with muffin and old coffee. Lobby area messy due to remodeling 」

「Could not access the gym」

「Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again.」

「Had a great girls weekend at the Saint, Randy did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Everything you need, you can find there. Bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, wagons, are readily available. Nice pool and hot tub area with bar and happy hour. 」

「値段の割に部屋が広く、空間的には満足。設備もよく、清掃もよくされ、清潔な感じがしたが、シャワールームが狭く、水量が非常に少なく、お湯が出るまでに長い時間を要した。また、冷蔵庫の音が気になるほど大きかった。その上、ベッドが少し湿っぽく感じられたのと、ダニなのか分からないが、翌日いくつもかまれたあとができ、たいへん痒かった。」

「The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.」

「Cozy, quiet, clean. bus nearby to travel. Loved the beach access. Walking distance to plaza nearby with coffee and food. Nice place if you’re looking to simply unwind and relax. Staff were friendly and accommodating. 」

「This is a boutique hotel, the owner, Kris, was onsite frequently while we were there to greet guests and to make sure everything was running smoothly day to day. The hotel is clean, has a great view of the ocean, there is a happy hour from 4pm to 5pm daily with all you can drink wine and beer complimentary, and a very nice large private beach front. There were some additonal fees that I was unaware of such as renting the cabanas/umbrellas/beach loungers on the private beach, the information on...

「No bar/restaurant on site No speakers allowed at pool These two things alone will stop us from returning」

「The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! 」

「The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. Immaculate. Dated property that has some cosmetic updates, but infrastructure still has issues. Hard work to get hot water. Lacking blackout curtains for those light sleepers. Location is amazing...the beach outside the rooms saves this place. Fire alarms went off in the night...twice. Couldnt be comped because we purchased third party through expedia.」
