「A great little place off the beaten path. Perfect for two people. Pool and hot tub, has a remote to warm them up in the cooler months. Queen air mattress available for two kids, but not a ton of room to set it up. I loved the bath towels, they were huge. Screen room with chairs and sun shade by the pool was nice. Beautiful landscaping out front. Especially the arches over the sidewalks.」

「This was an amazing stay for my partner and I. The place itself it great and offers so much from bikes, to beach chairs and umbrellas. Olivia was a great host and easy to communicate with. "Accuracy of Listing" received only four stars because the kitchen is shared but it is very large and wasn't a big deal at all. 」

「Absolutely loved my stay here! Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful on the inside and owners did not leave out any details. I will definitely be back. Only small issue I saw one time while going to get clothes out of dryer was a black snake had gotten inside due to a gap under the back door. He quickly scurried out though. Still a great place to stay! I look forward to returning. 」

「We went to Ft Myers to relax and enjoy local relatives. This home is located very well being close to the historic river district! We loved our dinner at Izzy’s! We also enjoyed walking from the home to the river district and to Publix etc. Favorite part of the home was the quiet, relaxing tropical backyard. No matter the time of day, shad was abundant!」

「We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...
