"My vehicle is brand new and was broken into at the property. Guests staying at the hotel were having a party in a room across from mine and their guests filled most of the lot. I had to park in a lot that was adjacent to the hotel and on the grounds. It was parking that was permitted for hotel guests as well, there were no signs that said no parking. I came out this morning to windows shattered on my vehicle. No security on the grounds of the suites only at the casino."

"The communication with this hotel was very poor. Before arriving, we did not receive any clear instructions or important information regarding the check-in process or hotel policies. Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies themselves. The biggest issue was that the policies and additional documents were not clearly disclosed before booking. Since the booking was non-refundable, once we arrived at the hotel, we had no real choice but to sign documents that had never been shown to us beforehand. We had a very disappointing experience overall. We also contacted the hotel team regarding the damage waiver fee, as this fee was not clearly disclosed on the Expedia website at the time of booking. However, their only response was that the fee was non-refundable. Despite explaining our concerns about the lack of transparency, no meaningful action or solution was provided other than a simple apology. Overall, the lack of clear communication, transparency, and customer service made this a very frustrating experience."

"Communication with the host was very poor. He did not respond in a timely manner, and when issues came up during our stay, we were unable to reach him until the morning of checkout even after multiple attempts to call and message. Check-in itself went smoothly, but once inside, the house was not clean. There were visible signs of poor upkeep, including hair on the floors, and overall it did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for guests. We also ran into major issues with room access. Several bedroom doors were locked and we were not given the codes. When we reached out for help, there was no response, leaving us unable to access one of the rooms for most of the stay. We were later told there were extra keys, but this was only communicated at checkout, which should have been explained at check-in. We were unable to use all the rooms as intended due to missing access information, and had to adjust to only three rooms. Fortunately, one room had an extra bed, but this did not make up for the inconvenience and lack of communication. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor cleanliness, lack of preparation, and unresponsive communication. I would not recommend this stay or book again."
