「Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Great stay. Would recommend staying at this hotel.」

「The pool and hot tub were closed. We were given no advance notice. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.」

「Beautiful lakefront hotel, within 25 minute walk along the lake to get to downtown Canandaigua's shops and restaurants. Close walking distance to Kershaw Koffee. Clean, safe and to comfortable hotel.」

「It was cheap and cheerful. The room was fine. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Breakfast area was small and limited. No elevator to second floor and windows were filthy. It was close to great restaurants」

「The staff was super friendly and the hotel was easy access to local attractions, however the cleanliness inside the hotel and the rooms we were displeased with.」

「I stayed there for a week and they never did housekeeping. I asked the front desk for it on the 3rd and 4th days but they didn't do it. 」

「Staff was amazing. Loved my stay.」
