「We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. 「Lovely little cottage right on Seneca Lake. Wonderful sun rises! Host was accessible, attentive to detail, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. On check in the house was well lit with soft music playing to welcome us. I especially liked the little tea cups and books left on the beds.
