「メトロの駅が近くにあり、移動には便利です。ドミトリーもベッドがカーテンでしきられ、プライバシーがたもたれています。私は６人部屋を予約し、一週間滞在するつもりでした。しかし、宿泊3日目の昼になり出掛けようとしたら、他の客が先に予約していたのでと急に大人数の部屋に移るように言われました。チェックインの時も前日も何度もスタッフとは顔を会わせていて何も言われていなかったのに、急に部屋の移動を言われ謝罪も何もありませんでした。その他にもトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの対応が悪く、結局途中でホステルをキャンセルして出ました。立地や部屋の設備は良かったので、スタッフの対応の悪さがとても残念でした。」
