「We just love staying at Les Cactus. We have been several times and I feel like it’s a hidden gem in the boutique hotel sector. First off, the property is adorable and feels like you stepped back in time and walked into a Three’s Company episode with modern amenities. The staff is INCREDIBLE. 「Had high expectations but was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Wanted to check in at 4:00pm but room wasn’t ready until 4:20. The robes were dirty and had to be replaced. There was no shampoo and not trash can liners except a large garbage bag. Given there are only 7 rooms at the hotel, so as mentioned thought they’d be more attentive. Also found out they do not offer any food or drinks. Best part was the pool and the hotel was quiet. 」

「It was obvious that we were put in an old room because we booked through Expedia. We were told our room was scheduled to be cleaned but nothing was cleaned. The excuse was they had 18 checkins. Was told someone would fix the shutters because they didn’t stay shut. That didn’t happen. The room only got cleaned because I asked the housekeepers directly. Unfortunately the property is showing the lack of effort and wear n tear.」
