「My husband and I really love this property not because of its location, which is absolutely beautiful-but because it is the complete package. The updates made were very very nice. Loved having coffee outside the deck. We were able to relax, play games and enjoy ourselves in a beautiful setting! The communication with the owner was great! He made sure all our needs were taken care of. We will be back ! 」

「We stayed here for 2 days. We travelled from Virginia to vermont for a Graduation. The house is warm and inviting as soon as you walk in. It was immaculate and had all the instructions for the house readily available . He has a awesome story and photo album of the back ground to his home. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Nice waterfront location 」

「We needed a place for a few days to do some family matters in Schoon, this was Perfect because it let us bring our two dogs. They hade a great time. The Owner was Great with Comunication. Perfect place.」

「This property was less than a few miles from our friend. The home was comfortable, had everything that you need for a trip and worked out perfectly. Really nicely decorated/renovated. 」

「The house has a very nice dock on a more quiet part of Lake Champlain. My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful and the nature around is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accomodating throughout our stay.」

「Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities...

Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...

「Wonderful stay here in Ticonderoga for a family wedding! The property was charming. The front porch was so welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The house seemed to be recently renovated, and with very good taste. Good parking, very clean, modern roomy kitchen, comfortable, cozy living room, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee on the back deck. Highly recommend this lovely property!」
