    Our home is the perfect Lake, Foliage, Honeymoon/Romantic, Ski, Spring & Fishing Escape! Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! We had a relaxing wonderful week on the lake! Gorgeous views from every window and the deck and hammock were perfect. We used the game room and of course the kayaks nearly every day! A wonderful getaway!

What an amazing mini getaway! The house had gorgeous views and so many amenities! We loved the game room in the lower level too and spent the first night playing pool and ping pong. The bed was super comfy and they provided plenty of blankets and pillows. The jetted tub was also a plus! We will definitely be back again!

Loved our stay! This home is so comfortable, clean, and the most breathtaking views of the lake. Enjoyed ice fishing at the bridge nearby and Vergennes has great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is our second year at this property and it is still a beautiful home and location. Plenty of birds and small wildlife to watch. It has all kinds of outdoor things to do boating, swimming or just enjoying the views! The host is amazing! Best Vrbo we have stayed in, pet friendly too!

Wonderful location and comfortable house

The house is stocked with everything you could ever want or need and was very comfortable. Especially loved all of the kayaks and inner tubes. Great access to the water and beautiful views made for a peaceful stay.

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful cottage right on the water - wonderful views no matter the weather, but I got lucky and had some great spring days. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Cottage is well appointed and feels like a home away from home. I look forward to my next annual visit!

Lakeside, Pet friendly Getaway

An enjoyable stay in early May at this well stocked house right on Lake Champlain. Our dog enjoys hiking with us and we found many good places to explore. The canoe was a bonus. Great views. The host was friendly and helpful with recommendations.

A cozy place to get away

This house is perfect if you want to get away from it all and have peace and quiet in the country. We used the watercraft provided to spend many hours relaxing on the lake. Barb is an amazing host and was very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again.

The house is lovely and the views are stunning! The hospitality of the owner was unmatched! From the welcome basket to the chocolates on the pillows every detail had alot of thought and care put into it. The pool table and ping pong table was enjoyed on a rainy day. Fishing was great! Overall beautiful vacation!!

Enjoyed our stay and the beautiful location!

The house and property were just as advertised and the views from both floors were non-stop beautiful. Our dog loved the lapping of the water right at the end of the hill. It would be even more fun in the summer, I'm sure. The ping pong and pool tables in the basement were a lot of fun on a dreary day. Thank you Barb!
